The player must meet the following requirements in order to be approved as a
balance responsible player:

• The player must be registered for VAT in Denmark or another EU country
• The player must provide adequate security for his obligations
• The player must have undergone a test approved by Energinet.dk in relation
  to communication between him and Energinet.dk
• The player must provide Energinet.dk with the necessary master data
