Every day Energinet.dk publishes a forecast of electricity consumption for the following day of operation. The forecast which is divided into two - a forecast for Eastern Denmark and a forecast for Western Denmark - covers the net consumption, ie the total consumption minus transmission loss.

The forecast can be accessed via Nord Pool's webpage and is based on Energinet.dk's data for DK1 and DK2.
