Time-of-day tariff for local CHP units
Table 1 shows the time-of-day tariff for local CHP units. The tariff has been calculated pursuant to Section 16 of Executive Order No. 1367 of 15 December 2004.

The tariff covers both the East Danish and the West Danish power system.
Table 2 shows the distribution of hours on low load, high load and peak load.

Low-load periods: All weekends, 1 January, Maundy Thursday, Good Friday and Easter Monday, Ascension Day, Whit Monday, bank holidays and 1 May, 5 June, 24, 25, 26 December and 31 December.
Please note that, according to Section 17(3) of Executive Order No. 1367, Energinet.dk can move the tariff period for each individual power plant with prior notice.
A few local CHP units in the West Danish power system are settled according to separate agreement called the 'old agreement' and the '1988 agreement'. The distribution of the low load, high load and peak load production of those few power plants follows the original agreements. Table 8 shows the tariffs applying to the 'old agreement'.
