The framework agreement for storage customers is included as Appendix 4 to Rules for Gas Transport.
Subsequently, a storage customer agreement must be entered into with the storage company.
The storage customer must be registered in the Register of Players and have entered into a framework agreement with Energinet.dk not later than 13 work-ing days before the first day of the month in which transport to the storage facility is to commence.
Procedure for admitting storage customers into the Register of Players:

Please fill in the form under links on this page with name, GLN (Global Location Number), address and contact details to request a framework agreement with Energinet.dk. A potential storage customer must state its GLN in the form. If an enterprise already has a GLN, this may be used. If the enterprise does not have a GLN, it must contact GS1 at www.gs1.dk.
- Request for credit approval
Energinet.dk submits request for credit information:
- Latest financial statements
- All subsequent financial releases
- Size of the credit limit required.
- Confirmed credit approval and framework agreement
Energinet.dk confirms credit approval or requests security. Energinet.dk will then send a framework agreement to be signed. The framework agreement is included as Appendix 4 to Rules for Gas Transport.
- Signed framework agreement
Storage customer returns the signed framework agreement.
- Agreement with storage company
Storage customer concludes agreement with one or both storage companies in Denmark.
