Market access
If you want to be a player in the Danish gas market, you first have to be registered in the central Register of Players, which we administer.

All shippers, gas suppliers, storage customers and system operators must first submit a request for registration in the Register of Players.

Prospective shippers and suppliers in the Danish natural gas system must take preparatory steps to become able to operate in the market approx. two months before the first gas transport is to take place.

Registration in the Register of Players

If you want to be registered in the Register of Players, you must fill in a form here on the website, requesting a framework agreement with Energinet.dk. See the link to the form: Registration form for the Register of Players.

The procedures differ, depending on whether you want to be a shipper, a gas supplier or a storage customer. You must therefore choose your role in the gas market in the 'Additional information' menu.

In case of doubt reference is made to 'Rules for Gas Transport'.
