Rules
The general terms and conditions applying to the gas market are described in "Rules for Gas Transport" - usually called RfG.

Legally binding English version
The most important document describing terms and conditions for transport via the transmission system is Rules for Gas Transport written in the English language. This is the legally binding version of "Rules for Gas Transport".

Rules for Gas Transport are also available in a Danish - not legally binding - version.

In addition to Rules for Gas Transport, Energinet.dk has drawn up a set of rules concerning transfers. The rules apply to:

  • secondary trade in transport capacity in the transmission system via Energinet.dk's Capacity Transfer Facility (CTF)
  • secondary trade in natural gas in the transmission system via Energinet.dk's Gas Transfer Facility (GTF)
  • secondary trade in balance margins - in relation to daily imbalances between supply and and consumption of gas - via Energinet.dk's Balance Transfer Facility (BTF).
