Yearly and quarterly capacity auctions
Before the gas year starts on 1 October 2012, yearly and quarterly capacity auctions will be held in accordance with the auction calender. 

Monthly capacity auctions
Monthly capacity auctions are held once a month for the coming month. In week 2 of the month before each capacity auction, Energinet.dk will notify all shippers of relevant bidding information by mail.

In week 3 the capacity auction will take place. The exact dates of each auction is indicated in the auction calendar.

Example - auction dates in  October 2012 for monthly capacity in November 2012:
Monday, 15 October 2012:
- Bids for firm capacity at Ellund Exit and Dragør Exit.

Tuesday, 16 October 2012:
- Results firm capacity at Ellund Exit and Dragør Exit.

Wednesday, 17 October 2012:
- Bids for capacity on interruptible level 1 at Ellund Exit and Dragør Exit.
- Bids for capacity on interruptible level 1 at Dragør Entry.

Thursday,  18 October 2012:
- Results of the auction Wednesday.
