REMIT: Reduced export capacity 29 Feb 2012 and 1 March 2012

Pursuant to the REMIT legislation (EU Regulation No 1227/2011) Article 4(1) and on behalf of DUC, Maersk Oil hereby informs that the overall expected DUC export capacity is lowered by 2 MCM/day for gas day 29 February 2012 due to maintenance. Further, that each of the producers in DUC, pursuant to Article 3.4 (b), reserve the right to initiate covering of immediate physical losses.

Pursuant to the REMIT legislation (EU Regulation No 1227/2011) Article 4(1) and on behalf of DUC, Maersk Oil hereby informs that the overall expected DUC export capacity is lowered by 2.8 MCM/day for an anticipated period of gas day 01 March 2012 due to unexpected production interruption. Further, that each of the producers’ in DUC, pursuant to Article 3.4 (b), reserve the right to initiate covering of immediate physical losses until this message may be published by Energinet.
