Subject: REMIT message for gas day 21 April 2012

Pursuant to the REMIT legislation (EU Regulation No 1227/2011) Article 4(1) and on behalf of DUC, Maersk Oil hereby informs that the overall expected DUC export capacity is lowered by around 2.6 MCM/day for gas day 21 April 2012 due to maintenance. Further, that each of the producers in DUC, pursuant to Article 3.4 (b), reserves the right to initiate covering of immediate physical losses.
