Pursuant to the REMIT legislation (EU Regulation No 1227/2011) Article 4(1) and on behalf of DUC, Maersk Oil hereby informs that the overall expected DUC export capacity is lowered by around 2.9 MCM/day for gas day 28 April 2012 due to maintenance.
The maintenance communicated for the 1 May 2012 is postponed until further notice.
Further, that each of the producers in DUC, pursuant to Article 3.4 (b), reserves the right to initiate covering of immediate physical losses.
