Pursuant to the REMIT legislation (EU Regulation No 1227/2011) Article 4(1), with reference to the REMIT messages sent out 30 July 2012, and on behalf of DUC, Maersk Oil hereby informs that the overall expected DUC capacity is updated for gas days 1 and 2 August. For gas day 1 August the export capacity is not reduced. For gas day 2 August the export capacity is reduced with 44,770 MWh/day.
