Energinet.dk acts on its values by offering annual employee development interviews (EDIs), thereby creating a space where managers and employees can discuss in detail the results achieved in the year, future challenges, job satisfac-tion and the employees' opinion about Energinet.dk as a workplace.
EDI is a tool that helps to ensure coherence between Energinet.dk's overall ob-jectives and the individual employees' personal and professional goals and de-velopment wishes.
