Employee development 

Development is a focal area at Energinet.dk. Our values dictate, for example, that:

  • We work to achieve common goals (departmental and enterprise goals)
  • We want to develop professionally and personally
  • We set ambitious targets and follow up on our results
  • We give and receive feedback

Energinet.dk acts on its values by offering annual employee development interviews (EDIs), thereby creating a space where managers and employees can discuss in detail the results achieved in the year, future challenges, job satisfac-tion and the employees' opinion about Energinet.dk as a workplace.

EDI is a tool that helps to ensure coherence between Energinet.dk's overall ob-jectives and the individual employees' personal and professional goals and de-velopment wishes.
