Energinet.dk has two talent programmes: One for managers and one for special-ists.
The candidates for the programmes are selected on the basis of criteria such as:
- goal-directedness
- adaptability
- communication skills
- independence
- empathy
Manager talent programme
Through the programme we attempt to identify and train potential management talents so that new managers can be recruited from our own ranks. We aim to recruit a large proportion of our managers internally. For the participants, the programme creates personal development and insight into the managerial role. In addition to the competencies mentioned above, we attach importance to the management talents having qualities such as self-confidence, action focus, a sense of occasion and an ability to see the entire picture.
Specialist talent programme
The purpose of this programme is to maintain of high degree of professional expertise and thus to create and cement our strong position in the business. This will, in turn, enable us to attract and retain the most competent specialists within the area. The programme aims at strengthening the participants' more personal competencies. For the employee it is a good opportunity for personal development and thus an essential element in the career planning.
In addition, we attach importance to the specialists being creative, good at solv-ing problems, intuitive and detail-oriented.
