We want to make sure that it is possible for all our employees older than 55 to plan and implement their pensioning-off in a manner satisfactory to themselves and to Energinet.dk.
We want to make sure that employees having the desire and ability to continue working at Energinet.dk after having reached the official retirement age can make an agreement to do so before they turn 63.
Annual senior interview
After the employee turns 55, a special interview will be held between the em-ployee and the immediate manager at least once a year. The following topics will be discussed:
- The employee's current plans for being pensioned off
- The employee's wishes when it comes to changing tasks or assigning tasks to other employees in the coming year
- Other issues relating to the senior policy.
