Peder Ø. Andreasen, President and CEO, talks about the value process:
- In late 2008, we adopted a new strategy and wanted it to be reflected in our values. So we gave our former values a service check, which resulted in the four values described.
Our employees were very much involved in the process – from the ideas phase to the final selection. We also saw an open debate about the values on our intranet, where everybody was free to express his or her views.
- This resulted in many good discussions that helped to create a common understanding of who we are as a company, and how we operate and cooperate – both internally and externally.
- I think that, in the process, we have found a common denominator which makes sense and will ensure that we can all relate to the contents.
