As transmission system operator, Energinet.dk is subject to the EU Utilities Directive, which means that all purchases in excess of DKK 2,8 million must be sent out to tender in the EU.

We also use the qualification systems Achilles and Sellihca for sourcing suppliers.

Energinet.dk also purchases under the framework agreements negotiated by National Procurement Ltd (SKI).
