Procurement and calls for tender

Every year Energinet.dk buys products and services at an amount in excess of DKK 2 billion. The purchases range from major investments in the Danish electricity and gas systems to minor purchases relating to administration and maintenance.

Energinet.dk has activities throughout Denmark and also participates in international collaboration. This means that we need suppliers acting locally close to our facilities and suppliers operating on the global market for supplies to the energy supply industry.

Supplier relations

We wish to establish mutually advantageous business relations with suppliers, and we aim to make most of our purchases via supplier agreements.

EU-tenders

Most of our purchases are conducted as EU-tenders. Please refer to Current tenders in the menu on the left for a list of actual prequalifications for tenders under the EU Utilities Directive 2004/17/EC.
