Energinet.dk has a quality management system, and a number of our processes are certified in accordance with ISO 9001.
The processes concern metering, settlement, operation, sale and development of electricity and gas transmission services as well as gas storage facility services in addition to planning, design, establishment, operation and maintenance of the gas storage facility and gas transmission systems.
The quality management system is integrated into Energinet.dk’s business model, which is developed on a regular basis.
Compliance programme
Energinet.dk has established a compliance programme to ensure that discriminatory conduct is excluded.
The compliance programme is monitored regularly, partly through internal audits and partly through the Danish Energy Regulatory Authority’s supervision and our annual reporting to the Energy Regulatory Authority.
