Ownership
The Danish Minister of Climate and Energy is the sole owner of Energinet.dk on behalf of the Danish state and ensures that Energinet.dk complies with the provisions of the Danish Act on Energinet Danmark. Quarterly meetings are held to inform the Danish Minister of Climate and Energy of the status and development of Energinet.dk and of any other matters of material financial or political significance.
Supervisory Board
Energinet.dk is headed by a Supervisory Board consisting of eleven members. Eight of these members are appointed by the Danish Minister of Climate and Energy. The other members are employee representatives.
