A number of preconditions regarding the future energy system have been set as a basis for the calculations in System Report 2006, Environmental Report 2006 and Transmission Report 2006.
The preconditions concern production facilities, electricity and heat forecasts as well as fuel, CO2 and electricity prices. They are partly based on the energy policy agreement of 29 March 2004, the decisions of the production companies, the heat companies’ own expectations and assessments of future possibilities.
